Shipping and Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-7 business days however this is up to the carriers policies.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $250 CAD.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details from [email protected].

Address Accuracy

  • To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. Please double-check all address details, including unit numbers, postal codes, and street names, before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or returned packages.

Delivery Issues

  • If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our support at [email protected]  within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will help you track the package. 
  • Lost or Missing Parcel Policy

    If a customer reports that a parcel has not been received, we will conduct a full investigation with the shipping carrier and review all available tracking information, delivery records, and supporting documentation to determine the status of the shipment.

    If the investigation confirms that the parcel was not delivered or was lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter and determine an appropriate outcome.

    However, if tracking information, delivery confirmation, photographic evidence, GPS data, or other carrier records indicate that the parcel was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot accept responsibility for the parcel after delivery has been confirmed. In such cases, any further inquiries regarding the parcel’s whereabouts should be directed to the recipient’s household members, neighbors, building management, or local authorities as appropriate.
