Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of peptide products, all sales are final. Peptides can be affected by factors such as handling, storage conditions, temperature fluctuations, and environmental exposure once they leave our facility. Because we cannot verify how products have been stored, handled, or maintained after delivery, we are unable to accept returned products or restock items that have been shipped.

For these reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or a customer’s decision that they no longer want the product after purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Orders

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring that orders arrive in proper condition. If your order arrives damaged, compromised during transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 72 hours of the recorded delivery date and time.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping materials, and any visible damage.

  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside the 72-hour reporting window may not be eligible for review.

Claim Review Process

Once your claim is received, our team will evaluate the information provided to determine whether the issue resulted from shipping damage, a fulfillment error, or another verifiable problem. If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or credits will not be provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases.

  • Orders placed in error by the customer.

  • A customer’s decision that they no longer want or need the product.

  • Failure to review product information before purchasing.

  • Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

  • Claims submitted more than 72 hours after delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, or transferred to another container.

  • Shipping delays that do not result in verified product damage.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but left unattended after delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that peptide products are sensitive materials that cannot be safely returned, resold, or restocked once they leave our control. You further acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final except in cases of verified shipping damage, fulfillment errors, or other issues approved by our review process.
